Therapy professionals comprise the greatest number of musculoskeletal care providers in the United States. Make sure you are on your “game” by educating yourself in fascial anatomy, stretching & performance training.
Robert McCabe, DPT, OCS, CSCS, MTC, will help you hone your skills. In this audio/video course, Dr. McCabe will discuss 70 treatment techniques for common musculoskeletal conditions, including postural issues, myofascial pain syndrome, overuse & sports injuries, and post-surgical conditions. The integration of functional fascial anatomy will be discussed as it applies to the treatment protocols. Case studies are used to reinforce learning through practical applications.

Course Goals and Objectives:
At the completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Differentiate between Fascia functions and identify connections
- Identify structures in the Superficial Back Line, Lateral Line, Spiral Line, Superficial Front Line and Back Functional Line
- Recognize factors impacting mechanical properties and fascial pathology
- Differentiate between types of fascial training
- Recognize fascial remodeling
- Identify the biological effects of IASTM/STM
- Identify common indications in each area of the body
- Recognize treatment protocols and specific exercises for each area
- Identify exercises using static stretch, dynamic stretch, strength and rebound elasticity in treatment protocols
- Differentiate between stages of treatment protocols
Criteria for Obtaining Continuing Education Credits:
A score of 70% or greater on the post-test
