- List the roles of therapy in home health
- Recognize the issues surrounding reimbursement and documentation in home health
- Identify proper goal setting for home health patients

- Differentiate between inpatient rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing and long term care (LTC) facilities
- Recognize interventions with patients in the LTC setting

Criteria for Obtaining Continuing Education Credits:
A score of 70% or greater on the post-test
