Course Goals and Objectives:
At the completion of this course, participants should be able to:
1. Differentiate between the Types of the Morrey elbow instability scale
2. Identify normal elbow arthrokinematics
3. List the innervations of the various muscles controlling movement at the elbow
4. Differentiate between the diagnoses for medial and lateral epicondylitis, olecranon bursitis, and little league elbow
5. Identify Malgaigne fractures
6. List and differentiate between classes of supracondylar fractures in adults and children
7. Identify how radial head fractures are classified in adults and children
8. List the common complications associated with elbow dislocations
9. Identify the common sites of compression of the ulnar nerve at the elbow
10. Recognize Saturday night palsy
