Course Description:
Scapular Dyskinesis or Sick Scapula Syndrome is usually associated with impingement by altered scapular position. How can we most effectively diagnosis this issue? What is the best course of treatment? Robert McCabe, DPT, CSCS walks us through understanding scapular dyskinesis in its entirety. The audio/video course covers:

- Recognize the elements of a Static Evaluation
- Differentiate between dyskinesis classifications
- Recognize evaluation tests and how to properly perform them
- Differentiate between joint mobilization grades
- Recognize the goals and contraindications of a Scapular Muscle Training Program
- Recognize the exercises of a Scapular Muscle Training Program
- Identify the goals of Balloon-Based Breathing and how it can be incorporated into a successful program
