At the completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Recognize the SINSS and ‘why joint mobilization works’
- Recognize the indications and grades of joint mobilizations
- Identify absolute contraindications and differentiate between relative contraindications
- Differentiate between types and procedures of hip mobilizations
- Identify the indications for hip mobilization and differentiate between the types and procedures of hip mobilizations
- Identify the indications for knee mobilization and differentiate between types and procedures of knee mobilizations
- Recognize the proper clinician techniques for specific knee mobilizations
- Identify the indications for ankle mobilizations and differentiate between types and procedures of ankle mobilizations
- Recognize indications for rearfoot distraction techniques
- Identify the proper clinician techniques for specific metatarsal mobilizations
Criteria for Obtaining Continuing Education Credits:
A score of 70% or greater on the post-test
