In this audio/video course, Dr. Robert McCabe takes us through anatomy, assessment and intervention. He provides us with a thorough look at all the aspects of clinical treatment. Course Goals and Objectives:
At the completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Identify Muscle Force Couples and the role they place in Rotator Cuff Disorders
- Differentiate between Impingement classifications and rehabilitation protocols
- Recognize Tendinosis risk factors
- Differentiate between Rotator Cuff special tests and recognize which ones to utilize
- Identify the causes of Scapular Dyskinesis and subsequent rehabilitation protocol
- Recognize the Scapula Assistance Test and prognosis/rehabilitation
- Identify joint mobilization indications/contraindications and utilizations
- Differentiate between Scapular Muscle Training Program Phases and exercises
- Recognize the proper techniques and uses for Rotator Cuff rehabilitation exercises
- Identify proper GH stretching techniques
Criteria for Obtaining Continuing Education Credits:
A score of 70% or greater on the post-test
