Are Stress Fractures caused by stress?? You’d think so, wouldn’t you?! Although that may not be the case, Stress Fractures do comprise 10% of all athletic injuries. What is the best way to rehabilitate a Stress Fracture? What kind of risk factors are involved? How do you know when your patient is ready to return to sport? Chris Cox, PhD, MPT, CSCS walks us through a detailed study of Stress Fractures.

Criteria for Obtaining Continuing Education Credits:
